Ch. 31 – Our big world wide vacation, and time for more adventure.

Like the last two years, Max and I went to the east coast ABDL convention.

I loved the time i had there, being able to play all day and make new friends. We had been tossing around the idea of closing off the new campground area and doing a campout for some ABDL friends sometime that summer. I got contacts for people in the community that could help spread the word.

Max and I also talked to a few business owners about their products and services. How to grow their business as well enhance our investments.

Daddy made some more daddy and mommy friends as well, there was even a social event for them, and activities for them too. Finally Daddy had some friends who understand the choice he made to be my caregiver.

We were gearing up for a new adventure. Max and I had spent much of the summer planning the trip.  When we got back from the convention, I had the RV winterized, cleaned out and covered up.

We stuck around until Christmas and New Years, and then set out on our journey on January 2nd; to start off 2021.

My parents gained a new pet for a few months while we were gone.  Mom said Zorro liked being there and I may not get him back.

Max and I decided to fly to Hawaii for a couple weeks, then onto the land down under.  The plan was to be gone for about 2.5 months.  We reserved some nice properties in Hawaii and Australia, wonderful views of the beaches and oceans, with destinations all over the islands.

I actually had to pair down the computer and camera gear that I took with me, never the less we shipped the stuff we really needed ahead of us.  The stuff we needed in Australia was shipped before we even left for Hawaii via cargo.

Hawaii was so breathtaking and awe inspiring.  The sunrises and sunsets were so amazing. We spent days driving around the islands in a jeep with the top off, relaxing on the beaches, hiking and so much more. We toured around to about everywhere we could.

We ended up staying for almost 3 weeks before packing up all our stuff and hopping on another plane and landing in the Fiji Islands where we toured for 2 weeks.  We relaxed on the beach, toured the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, Sand dunes, waterfalls, and all the many islands.  Next stop was Sydney Austrailia.

It was a good thing we got to Sydney when we did, as I was running low on diapers.  Max wanted to go to the Sydney Opera House, we toured the opera house that first morning, then that evening we saw RENT.  We saw Sydney harbor at night and I got some awesome photos with the opera house.   We travelled around Australia for a couple weeks. The entire time I was dressed like a young child or toddler.  I did not care if anybody gave me looks or said anything to me.

We flew to some other island nations like Singapore and Thailand, kept the ABDL stuff on the down low before returning to London UK

In London we ate well, dining on the local fare. We visited Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, of course the Harry Potter Warner Brothers tour.  We did a whole day guided tour seeing Big Ben, the Tower Bridge, and even a cruise on the Thames River.  In the evenings we would visit a local pub and try some of the local beers and spirits.   We rented a car a couple days and just drove into the countryside and visited some small villages.

Finally daddy got me to ride on the London Eye, which was really high up and I will admit I got a little scared riding.

We took the train to France for a quick trip to Paris for a few days, saw the Eiffel Tower at night and ate enough butter and cheese laden food to clog any artery.

After that we headed back to London to catch a plane back to NYC and then back to Columbus.

I was so happy to crawl into my crib that first night home.  I don’t think I was awake even 5 minutes after Max got me changed and in the crib.

Keep in mind that for almost all this travel while we could have went first class, I have the money… We flew economy, we would rather have spent the money on the experiences than on travel.

We chilled out for almost 2 weeks, literally, as we had a major freak snow storm that late March into April.   I also had some major work to do in the department of editing photos and videos.  I had close 60 hours of videos and well over 3,000 photos to go through. Granted much of it could be culled down to what is useful, then it just had to be edited and assembled; which took time.
