Rules of Conduct.
At OhioABDL.com events we expect all attendees to conduct themselves in a respectable manner. Attendees are required to abide by the following rules to keep everyone safe. Please note any violation of the code of conduct may result in ejection from OhioABDL Events and from the event premises, any money paid to either will be forfeit. No refunds will be given to any persons removed from the event under these circumstances. Due to OhioABDL Events being at a private location, all spaces on the property, inside the venue, and outside, are considered “event space” and are applicable to the Rules of Conduct.
1. All attendees must be 18 years of age prior to purchasing a registration to the event. Attendees are required to provide a valid photo ID at registration to verify age.
2. Name badges are provided and must be worn and visible at all times. Badges must be worn on the front of the shirt. Attendees without proper badges will be removed from the event.
3. All activity must be consensual within the event area. No touching of anyone’s person or personal property without their express permission will be tolerated. All such behavior must be reported to event staff immediately.
4. Attendees shall be respectful of others at all times – no exceptions. Demeaning or humiliating remarks to people of different orientations, races, ages or interests will not be tolerated. Disrespect of others or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. OhioABDL Events will not permit any form of destructive or harmful behavior to any property or person. Offenders may be subject to removal and may be responsible for damages.
5.Photo/Video Policy: There is NO PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, OR AUDIO RECORDING permitted without consent. We want your time at the event to be memorable while also protecting other’s privacy. We are all adults, and should behave like one.
· You must have consent of ALL people in the image and background of your photos BEFORE you take them. It is recommended that if you want to take photos to take them against a wall so nobody is behind you
· Event authorized photographers will be available for photos.
· We anticipate having a photo area setup with a backdrop and some simple posing stools. Feel free to bring your own blankie, stuffie or anything else you want.
· Those who do not respect the rules of consent will be prohibited from taking photos. This may also lead to the policy of all cameras covered with seals. This can change at any time.
6. All OhioABDL Events events are 100% Non-sexual events. Solicitation is prohibited; violators will be removed from the event without refund. Accepting pay for services of any kind is not allowed at OhioABDL Events. There are no “pro-services” or “pay for play” allowed at our events. Anyone found providing or partaking in such services will be removed from OhioABDL Events and banned from all future events.
7. There is NO nudity allowed on the event property. Clothing is required at all times. At least a top and bottom is required. To go outside you will need to have appropriate vanilla safe street clothes. Remember, some people have to live in this small community after you have left.
8. DRESS CODE:
· Attendees must arrive and remain in street clothing when entering and exiting the building. Including when you go out to smoke.
· If you have to wonder if your attire is appropriate ask if a room full of grandmas would say something about your attire.
· Attire should not cause damage to the property of the event
9. Smoking will be permitted outside only. You may be required to change into street clothing.
10. OhioABDL Events Changing rooms (the bathrooms) are available for personal use. Changing rooms are for the changing of clothing and diapers only. All use of changing rooms is at your own risk.
11. There are NO Messy/Soiled diapers allowed at OhioABDL Events.
12. OhioABDL Events is not responsible for your lost, damaged or stolen property. Please keep your personal items safe.
13. NO weapons of any kind are allowed at OhioABDL Events.
14. OhioABDL Events are drug free events. Possession or use of illegal or recreational drugs, of any kind, is not permitted at any time in any part of the premises. Anyone who is under the influence of illegal drugs will not be allowed into OhioABDL Events and will be required to leave. This includes Medicinal Marijuana.
15. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the property allowed only by those who are 21 or older. This is the rule of the building owner. If you wish to partake in alcohol…

YOU assume all risk
YOU need to be able to control your actions. You could be asked to stop alcohol consumption or leave with a sober driver if you become overly intoxicated.
YOU are recommended to have a sober driver.
16. OhioABDL.com events are often held in residences and residential areas. It is requested that if you are outside that you keep the noise to a reasonable level. Again, after you leave, some of us still have to live in this small community with neighbors and such.
17. Furries are welcome at OhioABDL Events. However, only ears and tails are allowed; no full fur suits or head pieces.
18. All information regarding location, events, scenes, participants, or conversations participated in or overheard, while attending this PRIVATE event, is to be held in strict confidence. This includes tagging venue or location on any social media, before, during, or after the event.
19. Attendees may not bring a non-registered person to the event. No ticket = not staying
20. Attendees are not to discuss or disclose any details of OhioABDL Events outside of the event. Failure to comply will result in ejection from the event without a refund.
21. All decisions of OhioABDL Events Coordinators are final. OhioABDL Events Tickets are non transferrable and non refundable. No refunds or compensation will be offered or given in the event that your attendance at the is terminated.
22. I acknowledge that bags and personal belongings may be searched at anytime by OhioABDL Events Organizers or Security.
23. OhioABDL Events reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason at anytime.
By attending OhioABDL Events, you are agreeing to the following statements:
I swear that I am not attending this event for the purposes of collecting information about any of the participants or the organizers; for the purpose of any investigation, or for the purpose of publication. I further understand and affirm that I will NOT disclose, in ANY format, in any manner, at any time; any information which includes or references ANY details from my attendance at this PRIVATE event.
I agree and affirm that as a Private Event, I may be ejected at any time at OhioABDL Events’s discretion, without compensation. I agree that I will not disclose the event location or name of the venue to anyone. I agree that I may be ejected from the event for any violation or breaking of these rules without any compensation or refunds. I understand I will face consequences up to and including legal action, should I ever violate the letter or spirit of this agreement.
